  • The start of the football season varies depending on the time of year and the specific phase of training.

    Spring Conditioning:

    Conditioning for the Spring Season typically kicks off in mid-January. This phase focuses on preparing athletes physically and mentally for the upcoming season.

    Fall Conditioning:

    For the Fall Season, conditioning generally starts in mid-June. This period is crucial for building stamina, strength, and teamwork ahead of official practices and games.

  • Football conditioning practices are scheduled as follows.

    Days:

    Practices are held every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

    This consistent schedule allows players to engage in regular training, skill development, and team bonding. Please be aware that practice times may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, and any adjustments will be communicated in advance.

    For 7u, 10u and 12u:

    6:00pm-8:00pm

  • Football games are typically scheduled on Saturdays. However, there may be exceptions, with 1-2 games occasionally taking place on a Monday night.

    Regular Schedule:

    The standard game day is Saturday, offering a great opportunity for community support and engagement.

    Exception:

    Occasionally, 1-2 games may be scheduled on a Monday night. These exceptions are usually communicated well in advance.
